Maverick International (Pty) Ltd Terms and Conditions

Should the supplier sign this document, he legally accepts our terms and conditions as follows:
Maverick International Pty Ltd Payments are strictly made 30 days from Statement.
Should the Supplier be B.B.E.E.E. registered, a certificate will be issued to Maverick International on an annual basis when updated.
Maverick International Pty Ltd pays no deposit to any Contractor for any reason.
Maverick International will require each contractor/supplier to undertake being OHSACT compliant. This will include safety wear, inductions/training and medical scans, etc. at the contractor/supplier/s own cost.
Valid letter of good standing.
